Day 2
Lake Shikaribetsu Kotan (Ice Village) 然別湖コタン
Lake Shikaribetsu Kotan is a unique winter attraction located on Lake Shikaribetsu. It is a village made entirely of ice and snow that emerges on the lake's surface from late January to mid-March. The name "Kotan" comes from the Ainu language and means "village." One of the most striking features of Lake Shikaribetsu Kotan is the world’s only hot spring ‘Ice Open-Air Bath’. The changing room for the hot spring is, of course, an igloo made of snow and ice.
Tokachi-bokujo Shirakaba Namiki 十勝牧場の白樺並木
